2) Order Processing Time
General items
We can't wait for you to receive your order! General order processing time is 3-5 days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. We are working hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible! Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your order as well as delivery notifications!
Please note that during the promotion period, due to the large volume of orders, the order delivery time may be delayed. Please allow 14-20 days.
Handmade items
To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.
Order cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at Zezexy-Us@hotmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
RETURN
1) Please check if the product is damaged after receiving the package.
2) If the product packaging is not damaged, we can provide a fast return and refund service. For specifically related matters, please get in touch with us at Zezexy-Us@hotmail.com.
